The website presents the areas of legal assistance and contacts of Mihai Popa and Simona Gridan (Popa), based in Bucharest and offering representation throughout Romania. The practice copy is original and provisional, for the lawyers’ approval.
General information does not assess the documents or circumstances of an individual case and does not replace a consultation. These pages do not give case-specific deadlines, clinical assessments or promises of an outcome.

Visiting the website, calling or sending a message does not automatically create a legal services agreement or confirm acceptance of a case. The scope of assistance, whether an engagement can be accepted, fees and working arrangements are agreed separately.
Don’t assume that a message has been read or that action has been taken on your behalf. Give a short account of the subject at first contact; document delivery and a suitable channel can be agreed with the lawyer.

The professional name, organisational form, bar membership, exact address and applicable professional or tax identifiers have not been supplied for this project. We do not infer them from the lawyers’ names or proposed domain.
Before publication, use of the Popa Law name and domain must be confirmed, along with required professional details and accurate references to professional rules. This text does not replace that information or certify that professional formalities have been met.
Images, languages and local features
The legal-research and consultation images are generated illustrations, not photographs of the actual office, lawyers or clients. Portrait slots are marked as photographs to be added. No case results, client testimonials or unverified professional experience are presented.
The Romanian and English pages serve equivalent informational purposes. A translation alone does not determine the interpretation of a document or legal situation; any uncertainty should be discussed using the relevant records.
Fonts are local and there is no embedded map. Analytics preferences are available without activating GA4, which remains intentionally unconfigured. Access to content and contact details does not depend on analytics consent.
